Scope of Work

Lead Design Architect, Architect of Record, Urban Design

West Clayton Lane expands on the success of the original Clayton Lane redevelopment completed in 2004, the city's first sophisticated, high-density mixed use development. The next phase of the project includes redevelopment of an obsolete 1950s former Sears store, loading docks and parking garage, which will be reimagined as a highly refined, fully integrated and intimately crafted new neighbor for Clayton Lane.

West Clayton Lane builds on the distinctive retail amenity and character of the Cherry Creek North neighborhood with a focus on quality and craft, health and wellness, and connections to the outdoors--including a new network of outdoor retail and restaurant spaces. The mixed-use development will include ground floor retail and 400 new residential units. An existing parking structure will be renovated and topped with four stories of residential.

A refined and vibrant mixed-use community featuring a network of enlivened outdoor spaces
