Foote’s Rest—a mixed-use hospitality project in the heart of Frisco

Tryba Architects is actively working on the architectural design, interior design and historic preservation of Foote’s Rest—a highly visible hospitality project situated on Main Street between 5th and 6th Streets in the heart of Frisco, Colorado.

The 114,000 SF mixed-use project is anchored by a new 75-key Tribute Portfolio hotel, a member of Marriott Bonvoy’s Collections brands. The hotel features a signature restaurant and bar, rooftop pool and bar, indoor/outdoor meeting and event space, bowling entertainment complex, Top Golf Swing Suites and ground floor retail space, built atop below-grade parking. The design pays homage to the Town’s history, the Foote family legacy, mountain character and independent spirit while reimagining the site as a vibrant gathering place for residents and visitors alike.

Historic landmarks including the Staley House, blacksmith shop and three log cabins will be restored and relocated on the block, preserving their character and stories for future generations.

We are proud to be collaborating with our client, Kelly Foote and his partner John Cathey on this dynamic project, the Hearth of Frisco.

Construction is scheduled to begin Autumn 2021.
