Official groundbreaking advances vision for Fox Park World Trade Center

The Vita Fox Park Development Team, Saunders Construction, and Tryba Architects celebrated the groundbreaking for the Fox Park World Trade Center on July 12. The demolition of the former Denver Post south warehouse commences the first phase of construction on the 41-acre site. Earthwork and site clean-up will begin in August, paving the way for infrastructure this fall and the start of vertical construction next summer.

Positioned at the intersection of I-25 and I-70 in Denver’s Globeville neighborhood just north of Downtown, Fox Park will be a vibrant new gateway to the city and region. The project will introduce over 14 acres of open space and bring together next-generation workspaces, a boutique hotel, affordable and market rate housing and urban agriculture. The heart of this new community will be the World Trade Center, a dynamic new center for international commerce and culture that will transform the former Press Building into a hub for innovation, arts and entrepreneurship.
