Tryba Architects, clients Jordon Perlmutter & Co. and The Rockefeller Group, and general contractor Saunders Construction are pleased to announce the official topping out of Paradigm River North, the new 8-story office building at 3400 Walnut Street in the heart of Denver's vibrant RiNo neighborhood.
The 200,000 SF structure features a brick façade, factory-style windows, high ceilings and multiple outdoor terraces that offer a contemporary response to the historic urban neighborhood context and the larger Colorado landscape. Denver law firm Davis Graham & Stubbs LLC will be an anchor tenant within the building, expected to be completed at the end of 2023.
