Parc Mosaic Apartment Homes, Construction Update

Construction of the Parc Mosaic Apartment Homes, a 226-unit sustainable housing community in Boulder, is one-third of the way complete. At the center of the 7-acre campus, the roof of the 132,900 SF below-grade parking level is being prepared for landscaping outdoor amenity rooms, including a Zen Garden, Orchard, Sculpture Garden, Great Lawn and Outdoor Lounge.
