Tryba Architects welcomes new team members

Tryba Architects is pleased to announce the addition of three new team members to the 65-person architecture and design firm:

Thomas Cooke, LEED Green Assoc., Job Captain
Thomas’ experience in both architectural design and urban planning brings a unique perspective—an eye for detail as well as a keen sense of and interest in the development process. He began his career in New York City before returning to Denver for graduate school. Thomas received a Bachelor of Environmental Design, a Master of Architecture and Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado, Denver. He is collaborating on projects including a new office building in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood.

Stephanie Protsman, Design Professional
After working in higher education and communications for 10 years, Stephanie decided to pursue architecture. She has an ability to articulate the grander vision and unite stakeholders with contrasting goals and ideas. At Tryba, she brings her perspective to projects including a 41-acre mixed use community in Denver’s Globeville neighborhood. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Art in Communication and Italian from the University of Colorado-Boulder, a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado-Denver and a Graduate Design Build certificate from CU Denver’s prestigious Colorado Building Workshop.

Jacob Murphy, Assoc. AIA, Design Professional
Jacob is driven by the belief that we have stewardship over the spaces we create and must ensure that the well-being of those who inhabit these spaces, both in the present and future, is at the forefront. His portfolio includes commercial, healthcare and custom residential design and he is now collaborating on a new high-rise multi-family project in Colorado Springs. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University and studied abroad in Rome.
