Scope of Work

Lead Design Architect and Architect of Record, Interior Design

A jewel box of the 21st Century, this 5-story mixed-use building is located at the confluence of the Central Business District (CBD) and the Uptown historic district at the gateway to East Denver. To blend into the historic Uptown architecture, the structure is built of masonry and stone. At the same time, high efficiency curtain wall technology relates to the corporate architecture of the Central Business District.

The ground level provides 9,700 square feet of retail including a top tier wine bar, salon and coffee shop. In addition to underground parking, the project features a European-style auto courtyard including 30 off-street visitor spaces. The courtyard connects directly to the lobby, providing convenient access to all four levels.
