Scope of Work

Lead Design Architect and Architect of Record, Entitlements

765 Logan is a new, sustainably crafted 98-unit residential development in Denver's Capitol Hill neighborhood. Overlooking the Governor's Mansion, the tower's design reflects the influences and character of the historic neighborhood while providing a contemporary and enduring architectural interpretation of apartment living.

Although a single building, the eight-story structure is expressed as two distinct 'mansion blocks' with separate lobbies linked by corridors to establish connectivity. Differentiated, condo-quality rental units ranging in size from studios to three bedrooms sit atop structured and below-grade parking. Designed for health and wellness, 765 Logan features a series of garden terraces and a rooftop amenity space with skyline views, offering residents the chance to experience the restorative tranquility of nature.
