Tryba is currently leading the master planning, design and successful implementation of a vibrant mixed-use innovation community at the heart of the world-class University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado. The Campus Center includes new and redeveloped lab office, residential, retail, and The Benson Hotel and Faculty Club—all connected by dynamic public open spaces. These projects are part of a larger multi-phase strategic vision plan led by Tryba in coordination with the Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority, the City of Aurora and the University of Colorado.

The plan for the 184-acre Fitzsimons Innovation Community at the Anschutz Medical Campus unites the city’s diverse edges into an integrated urban neighborhood, complete with a diversity of living options, compelling retail and lifestyle amenities, trail networks, and a regional mobility hub.
