Working with the Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority, the City of Aurora and the University of Colorado, Tryba Architects is actively planning the 125-acre Fitzsimons Innovation Community at the Anschutz Medical Campus.

The largest and most ambitious healthcare and bioscience campus of its kind in Colorado, and one of the largest in the country, this fully integrated innovation community is designed for collaboration and discovery.

Building on the momentum of the Anschutz Medical Campus, the Fitzsimons Innovation Community Master Plan leverages and reinforces the campus building pattern with increased density, multimodal transportation and an enhanced open space network.

Recognizing the diverse edges surrounding the campus, the plan provides thoughtful integration into Aurora’s neighborhoods and the Colorado landscape.
