The Campus Center includes new and redeveloped lab office, residential, retail, and The Benson Hotel and Faculty Club—all connected by dynamic public open spaces. These projects are part of a larger multi-phase strategic vision plan led by Tryba in coordination with the Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority, the City of Aurora and the University of Colorado.
