The GoSpotCheck Headquarters at 1500 Market is a new, three-story plus top-floor mezzanine addition to the historic Rocky Mountain Seed Building at 1520 Market. The new structure is built on top of the below-ground, 24-vehicle parking structure constructed in 2014.
The interior of exposed structural wood glulams and wood decking pays homage to the exposed structure of the adjacent historic Seed Building. The exterior is composed of a custom steel curtain wall system with aluminum-clad wood windows.
The building completes the street wall on the south-east corner of 15th and Market. Floors 2 and 3 include 5,000 SF of office with interior connections to the Seed Building. The top-floor mezzanine features an L-shaped deck with views through LoDo to the Rocky Mountains beyond.
The building's design preserves the historic character of the district through intensely crafted scale and proportion
The central stair increases circulation between upper and lower levels and brings light to the open floor plans.
The roof terrace provides GoSpotCheck employees with expansive views of the Rocky Mountains and downtown Denver.
