The City of Grand Prairie engaged Tryba Architects to provide visioning and concept design for the transformation of the former Calvary Baptist Church block into a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood. The development includes 83,000 SF of ground floor retail, parking garage, and 291 residential units, including townhomes, with nature-focused amenities and a variety of private and shared outdoor spaces. The distinctive “Straza” (street-plaza) connects with Main Street to the south, enhancing pedestrian-oriented access to retail, City Hall and outdoor event space.
