Scope of Work

Lead Design Architect, Architect of Record, Interior Architecture/Design (Residential), Urban Design

Cherry Lane expands on the success of the original Clayton Lane redevelopment completed in 2004, the city's first sophisticated, high-density mixed use development. The next phase of the project includes the introduction of multi-family residential and pedestrian-oriented retail made possible by the redevelopment of a vacant 1950s former Sears store, loading docks and parking garage, which will be reimagined as a highly refined, fully integrated and intimately crafted new neighbor for Clayton Lane.

New retail and restaurant spaces will enhance the distinctive character of the Cherry Creek North neighborhood with a focus on quality and craft, health and wellness, and connections to the outdoors—including a new network of outdoor retail and restaurant spaces. The mixed-use development will feature new ground floor retail and 406 new residential units. An existing parking structure will be renovated and topped with four stories of residential.

A refined and vibrant mixed-use community featuring a network of enlivened outdoor spaces
