Scope of Work

Urban Design, Entitlements, Public Outreach, Branding

Tryba Architects is leading the urban design, entitlements and public outreach for The District, a highly-visible and well connected 36-acre site located at the Dry Creek Light Rail Station. The District is a distinct urban node defined by high-quality, active pedestrian streets, diverse amenities, inviting open spaces and stunning mountain views. A variety of commercial and residential developments will enjoy a dynamic urban environment and flexible building opportunities.

The District is an urban experience profoundly connected to the Colorado landscape. The site’s natural hilltop topography offers expansive views to the Rocky Mountains and a network of connected terraces and framed views seamlessly integrated with parking infrastructure. The plan supports a full range of office spaces, from small-scale co-working to multiple-building corporate headquarters. This concentration of companies will have access to amenities including local retailers, a market, dining options, and a boutique hotel. New residential options are envisioned to include townhomes with private gardens through to luxury penthouse units.
