As the connecting development between downtown and Philip S. Miller Park—the area’s outdoor destination—Miller’s Landing incorporates culture, commerce and community to create a rich offering of live, work and exploration in a bold and vibrant, 65-acre urban village.

A multi-modal regional trail invites pedestrians and bicyclists into a network of open spaces from Miller’s Landing to Philip S. Miller Park and downtown Castle Rock. A dynamic, pedestrian-oriented main street infuses Miller’s Landing with the spirit of downtown Castle Rock and the best of modern 'Smart City' technology. Ground floor retail, restaurants and cafés complement a full-service hotel, boutique workplaces and residential units to create an integrated and active village street, from day to night.
